The gathering breakpoints for Diadem are 2740 Gathering, 2642 Perception, and 858 GP. The above melds with the HQ Mushroom Saute food reach all three requirements. Anyone that does not want to meld two offhands per class or simply does not want to meld specifically for Diadem is recommended to use the perception melds.
There are several effective rotations for gathering materials. Two are recommended here, one for HQ materials and one for NQ materials.
